"Great barbershop- I’ve gotten my hair cut by the lot of them and all did a great job - can’t go wrong."
"When I showed up for my 3pm appointment the business was closed and the doors were locked. I was never given notice about any need to cancel or reschedule! The tattoo shop next door texted the owner of this business and the owner said the shop should be open, yet no one was there. I am beyond disappointed and upset by the lack of professionalism."

Can’t go back here anymore because there’s no reliability that they’ll hold my appointment or do the right thing to try and fix the situation."

"Just had a beard trim by Hunter. I came to this shop for a couple years in 2021 and before but moved out of Denver for a period so this was my first time back in a while. The beard trim I had was the worst I've had by any barber, at any barber shop. Completely uneven and didn't follow my instructions on how I'd like it trimmed at all. Now I have to fix myself or go to another spot to have it evened out. I used to really like this shop but would now never return given how bad the trim by Hunter was. Was obviously not caring whatsoever during the trim and tried to breeze through it as quickly as possible. Really disappointed in this experience and after being a huge fan of The Usual in the past, won't be returning in the future."
