"Unfortunately I agree with the other reviews about PA Nathan Goeke. If you can change your appointment, you should try. I couldn’t tell if he was burned out, already had made up his mind about me prior to the exam, or just didn’t care but he didn’t even turn the music off that was playing on his phone for my exam, and it was loud. He blew through the exams, didn’t ask about history or anything and just read off the sheet he had to fill out and then said he was done. Unsurprisingly, the claims that my exams were for were denied by the VA. If I felt like I had a fair exam I would be okay with it but I don’t think he possibly could have understood the reasons for my claim while listening to music and not really asking me any questions. The front desk person and the nurse who sat in on my exam were awesome, I wish I had caught their names. But truly, if you get assigned an exam with him, try to get someone else. I said the same thing in the survey QTC sent me and they sent me an apology letter. Nice, but doesn’t help with getting a fair compensation exam. Also, given the fact that PA Goeke has several negative reviews on here, dating back years, clearly the management at this company does not care to correct anything. Not sure what’s going on behind the scenes but I feel like PA Goeke should not be performing these exams anymore. Seriously, go to someone else if you can."

"If I could do ZERO stars I would. As a service member I would NOT RECOMMEND this clinic to any service member getting out. The women at the desk was friendly but my PA (Nathan Goeke) did a terrible job on my examination. I submitted supporting documents he requested in a timely manner and he still disregarded the documentation. I EMAILED MY DOCUMENTS AND GOT CONFIRMATION THEY WERE RECEIVED, BUT NONE OF THAT WAS USED AS IT WAS NOT REFLECTED IN THE REPORT. During my examination I stated my right shoulder and lower back hurts and he physically pushed/pressed my shoulders and kept insisting I keep pushing myself and tells me “you are OK” and insists i keep pushing myself despite the pain. After the examination my right shoulder and lower back was in pain weeks after. What makes matters even more worse he noted that I experienced absolutely no pain during my examination. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC"

"If you have a Nathan Goeke, RUN. Call the VA and reschedule for an actual doctor who will give you the time of day. He does not honor the PACT Act. Not a thorough exam, even forgot to get my history, until I reminded him as we were walking out of the door. Imagine going in for an increase, due to severe pain and limited movement and he asks you to “pull your legs all the way back for me” and “push further for me”. Wow. I have spent the last month sending numerous complaints sent out to the VBA, Senator, members of congress here in Colorado about my quick, fast and in a hurry experience here at Leidos QTC with Nathan Goeke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"The ladies in the office are the most amazing people of anyone I've dealt with in this company! All the others I have delt with are nothing more than excuse givers and looking to pass the buck to someone else. Some make some statements then will tell you the exact opposite. The ONLY REASON you get even1 star is for these ladies."

"The staff is outstanding. From start to finish they were kind, attentive, prompt and engaging. I spent over 2hrs for a variety of appointments after leaving the military and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. NP Kahan is top notch!"
