"During the course of the summer (July and September) I had 2 Total Knee replacements. I found the lazer treatments to help immensely. I started scheduling my treatments to be in the afternoon of my PT sessions to help relieve the pain from the stretching during the PT session. I found that after the lazer session I could walk father and had move fluid movement. VERY WELL WORTH THE TIME. The staff was ALWAYS friendly and were able to explain in detail answers to my questions. Scheduling was very flexible and I felt very cared for. Without a doubt they helped make my recovery a HUGE success!!"
"The team was fabulous, experienced and friendly. They explained everything each step of the way. The treatments were very effective, surgical incision healed much faster. Would highly recommend using OrthoLazor for postop!"
"Sadly, I can't get Regina/front office staff to return my calls for a new patient appointment, after my initial call with them on September 22, 2023. I was informed, on that day, I couldn't be scheduled without a referral from my surgeon. I contacted my surgeon's office on September 25th and his nurse faxed over a referral on September 27th. I finally called OrthoLazer and left a message on October 9th, that I hadn't heard anything from their office and it had been 12 days since the referral was sent over. I do want to mention that I did receive a message from Regina, on October 6th, while my husband & I were in the mountains and had no coverage. I thanked Regina for calling me when I left that message on their voicemail on the 9th, but here I am, on October 16th, with no contact from OrthoLazer. I just thought the owners would like to know how difficult it is for potential clients to make an appointment, which results in lost production for them. They may not even be aware of this problem."
"Dr. Kelly recommended I try this method for my arthritic knees. Almost 2 years later, I finally did it and no regrets! My knees are doing so much better (had both cortisone and gel shots earlier), I actually hauled heavy stuff around the yard and no pain! The staff is great, worked around my schedule and even took me in early. I have nothing but praise for this service. It has been wonderful!"
"I did the recommended amount of visits after my acl surgery, but still have limited mobility due to the scar tissue. I’m actually behind in my recovery despite adding this to my physical therapy. The customer service and bedside manner was heavily flawed: booked me on my unavailable days, closed on days I was booked, inappropriate talk about injuries and outcomes that had little to no relation to me or my situation. It comes off as ignorant, careless, and a fear tactic to keep you coming back. The receptionist shouldn’t be warning me about frozen knees when she knows so little about my situation and the medical field in general. I can’t say that it helped, can’t say that they cared."
