"Gene is the best. He found a solution for my husbands hearing loss when no one else could. So, when I Literally lost hearing in one ear and it was recommended (after painful treatment) that I see an audiologist, I knew it would be Gene because I know him to be an expert and I trust him. It had been recommended to me that I have an invasive bone implant by my ENT. Gene was professional and candid about what I should expect and what my new normal would be. He preformed an in-depth hearing test (much more precise than the ENT’s office). Gene gave me a realistic idea of what aids and implants could offer me and ultimately recommended neither. It wasn’t the news I hoped for, but not giving me false hope and selling me expensive devises that wouldn’t get me the results I wanted was the ultimate kindness. I cannot recommend him higher. He absolutely puts his patients first and is an expert in his field. My husband is learning Spanish now, and loves his hearing aids."

"This place has all 5 star reviews excluding one person (just look at her prior reviews lol) who literally never even went to this location. Staff was very friendly and the doctor as well. I was able to get a same day appointment and this doctor skillfully removed earwax that most doctors I have been to would have had a problem with. The doctor allowed my girlfriend to watch the earwax removal and the monitors they had were definitely large enough to do so."

"This place is amazing. I highly recommend them. The office was nice. Front desk receptionist was super friendly and Dr. Gene McHugh was awesome. Cant beat the price either for an ear cleaning!! I can finally hear clearly again. It was really cool too, they have screens so you can see what's in your ear and see your ear drum!! Have recommended lots of people to them already!"

"These are genuine and good people. I took a bus from boulder to Colorado springs to go here and they got me in an hour before my appointment and cleaned both ears for the price of one. Virginia is an assistant who took me herself to the bus station to get home in time for no reason except that she is a good person. Please show these people all the love you have and make them your first stop if you need anything for your ears. They gave me my hearing back!"

"I just called about ear wax removal and they were very rude. She stated they were closed and nothing available until July. She sounded arrogant and could have cared less to talk to me any further. I will never call again and do not recommend. If they are this rude on the phone, how much more are they in person. I will take my family elsewhere."
