"It's taken me a while to do this bc I was so disturbed, and I'm doing this in a different name as to not receive backlash but.. I've never been ghosted by a therapist before. I went there for a month and a half, told that I was covered by insurance and one day Shanna emails me saying she hadn't received payment at all. I confirmed with her on many accounts that I was indeed insured and gave her the information in two forms. I didn't hear from her after...at all. Like I emailed her all the info and she didn't reply ever again. I tried calling and emailing. Even telling her how unprofessional she was behaving. I shared A LOT of personal information with her, and traumatizing things I went through in hopes to get help and she completely dropped me with no words. Literally ghosted me. Don't go here. Not only for that reason but the whole vibe is fishy too. Something is not right about her and her practice."

"Dr. Ziatz has been incredibly communicative and always available to schedule my teens and has even offered to be a support to myself. I feel grateful to have found her online. She has not once made me feel like a burden when I have not made an appt due to life getting in the way, she only has been a support. Thank you Dr. Z!"

"Attempted two appointments. Fist time she refused to see me because I had my therapy dog and she is allergic. This would have been nice to know before I took off time from work to see her. Her allergy was not noted on her website or literature and is relevant because a lot of people who seek therapy use therapy dogs. I rescheduled with her through email instead of a phone call (her choice). Showed up for my second appointment and she wasn’t even in the office. I was very upset because now I had taken 2 hours off of work to see her and both times wasn’t seen. I filed a complaint with my insurance and will absolutely not see her. Very unprofessional."
