"Despite being a large organization, they provide excellent care. The insurance and billing is on the ball with verification- they told me I had an issue before I knew it. They answered some questions about types of procedures, too. Stacy (I hope I am remembering her name correctly) at the front desk was there three years ago for my last appointment, and she's still lovely- the office must not suck :) The staff is actually warm, which is nice if you have stress about your treatment. Also, where the rubber meets the road, I have confidence in the Dr. performing the actual procedure (I’d bet they’re all good). It's not lurking in the back of mind that he'll miss something or OMG AM I GOING TO END UP WITH A PERFED COLON. I actually considered whether or not Dr. Barakat was in network when I chose my new policy, because I liked the practice three years ago. We all have bills to pay and medical complications can happen sometimes despite the highest degree of competence, but I have confidence in this organization. Cheers!"

"Not allowed in room. In spite of paper signed by patient that the health care team could take to me, they refused to do so. I will not recommend this practice or this facility. Especially since doctors gave a vested interest in it. I was not allowed to talk to doc about the procedure or the anesthesiologist or any one except discharge nurse who told me to “read the discharge paperwork”."

"I'm sure that the medical care is fine here but the situation for family members waiting is not. The building is under construction and they have made no provisions for drivers of patients. You must remain within 20 minutes of the facility to pick up your patient, so if you live too far away, you're out of luck. It's 25 degrees out and everyone is being told to wait in the car. Perhaps they should have simply closed the facility for a couple of weeks to do this construction instead rather than asking people to sit in their cars in the winter. We will definitely not use this facility again."

"The staff here is very professional. Starting with Stacy at the front desk will get you checked in. R.N. will take you back and get you set up. From there everything will go off like clock work. The staff is very kind and supportive. Definitely recommend this location. Take an active role in your health prevention. Dr. Madrid was excellent."
