I had an appointment today, but when I got up this morning, it was raining and snowing in Cheyenne and driving conditions were going to be terrible. I know that they have a 48-hour cancellation policy, but I didn't know how much the cancellation fee would be, so I called them first thing (before they had a chance to mix up my IV solution) to discuss my options. The were very understanding and told me to stay home and said I would not be charged.
