"Called multiple times to set an appointment so I could establish a primary care doctor. Nobody would pick up I would on hold for 10-15 minutes. Went with another primary doctor which kinda sucks, but it is what it is."

"Dr. Stanford was awesome! Unfortunately the staff I found to be very incompetent. I have made 5 calls to inquire about a prescription only to lied too. I requested to speak to the office manager Lisa who is always not available and does not return phone calls. Perhaps she is the reason the staff is so incompetent."

"A shame that I need to write a review like this but my family and I just relocated back to Colorado and was looking for a primary care physician in Cherry Creek where we live. Went to see Dr. Inna Trey, who I liked and did a nice job. The issue is her nurse, Olga, who was terrible and had no bedside manner at all. After meeting with Dr. Trey I needed to have my ears cleaned as I have many, many times over the years . I have never been through this kind of pain in all the times I have had this done than with Olga. When clearing my right ear she said, because it was blocked, I needed to take drops for a week and come back. I said I have never had to do this and advised her how to do it. She got gruff and said that she "was on her lunch break" like I was inconveniencing her! I said "you know what, I'll just go to a walk-in clinic to get it done". She could have cared less and said "that's fine". Seriously? In today's age of the medical costs we pay this is the attitude you get? Again, Dr. Trey was great but because of her very poor nurse Olga I will never go back. Good luck if you have to deal with her and I would advise to stay away and fine another group to work with."

"The staff was super friendly when I came in. I was able to download and pre-fill all the forms from the website so I wasn't scribbling things in before my appt. I was in the room before my scheduled time, and Lori was in within a reasonable 5 minutes of waiting. She made sure to check twice, once at the beginning, and once at the end, to make sure I didn't have any questions, or anything else she needed to address. I felt like she got a complete picture of my lifestyle, family history, and that she genuinely cared that I walked away with my questions answered, and feeling good about the resolution. Offered me two options, one with meds, one without, and let me choose what felt right. I would absolutely recommend this office without hesitation. Message system during off hours is a little weird, but just call when they're open and Ang was great to schedule appts with."
