"Without mentioning the specific doctor's name who works here out of confidentiality, I'm pretty sure they are working with employers to avoid accurately diagnosing patients in order to protect insurance rates I could understand if a patient does not agree with a diagnosis, but they simply would not put on my medical chart the symptoms I was describing after asking over and over. I wish I had recorded our last phone call. They hung up on me when I asked why my care was ended abruptly before the 6 month mark, which excluded me from receiving any workers compensation. I was amazed they were even mocking me for wanting to fight it. I can no longer contest it and I'm stuck here in pain struggling with work. Not worth it."

"Dr Rossi is an absolute brilliant physician that is communicative and works get me into all the physician's, physical therapy, imaging done and making sure I'm cared for as human being not just number for worker's compensation. Her staff from Erica, Izzy and so many more are absolutely kind and cordial and work hard making sure everyone gets ample care and does it with immense professionalism. My apologies as I know I left out some names of the front staff and PA."

"I wish I could give 10 stars. This doctors office is wonderful!!!! Dr Rossi is very, very knowledge and answers all my questions thoroughly. You can tell she has a lot of experience with workplace injuries. She is very friendly and has a fun way about her. Jorge in the physical therapy department is magic. I have never had a better massage. I usually only feel the effects of a massage for the rest of that day but with his massages I can feel a difference for multiple days. I never knew that was possible. You can tell he really loves his craft, he is not just going through the motions. The schedulers for both departments are fantastic. They are friendly and patient even when you have to reschedule because your schedule changes. I really feel very, very, very lucky that I ended up here. Being injured is not fun but having such wonderful people take care of me makes this whole process wonderful instead of a burden."
