"Had the same bad experience with the scheduling department as other posters. Emergency caused me to need to reschedule, called hours before my appointment and left a message. They called back, belittled me for not giving them enough time to fill the appointment slot and then told me they were not going to be able to reschedule me ever. Ok then, I'll go elsewhere."

"It's irresponsible to have Becca working in Healthcare at all. Not only does she promote patients looking for somewhere else to go - she seems to enjoy putting you through stressful situations and getting off on how uncomfortable your situation becomes. I understand the practice may be under stress with losing one of the providers, but the remaining doctors need to seriously review her professional standards and Becca's contribution to her fellow workers and responsibilities to patients. (While in the waiting room, I heard her discuss how a father and daughter patient records were mixed up... and explaining in loud details how it wasn't her fault....). I'm only writing this review for people who need actual medical care and are looking for a new PCP - I would save alot of time and energy and go to another practice."

"As a former patient I am beyond disgusted with their front office (Becca Specifically). I was going to this place for over 10 years and sadly nothing has changed. Not sure who the other lady working the phone is but she's about as useless. Looks like I'm not the only one with issues with Becca and the front office."

"Called them several times to try and reschedule an appointment, their voicemail wouldn't accept messages despite asking you to leave one. When I finally got through I was told I can no longer be rescheduled because I "no showed". Except I tried to call and reschedule at least 10 times and nobody was in to help me. But they are happy to admonish you on the phone for not being a perfect patient while they embrace their own suck. Good work Becka, you really showed us."
