"I’ve had a terrible experience with this agency. One of their agents, Eric Thorn, was hired to secure a health insurance policy. A mistake was made along the way, the insurance was not in place, and because of this a fine of approximately $900 was levied by the IRS. When I contacted Eric about this issue, he was rude and refused to help resolve the issue unless we paid him $95/hour with a 10-hour retainer. Quote from Eric Thorn, “My billable rate is $95 per hour and I would require a 10 hour retainer to begin work on this.” I tried to reach out to the business owner, I believe that his name is Paul, and he would not take or return calls. In order to resolve the issue, I had to file a complaint with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies Division of Insurance."

"We were not impressed. It started with a very cluttered office (papers were stacked everywhere) We went to inquire about health insurance for our son. (It's open enrollment) We wanted to see if we could find a better option than what he has. As soon as they discovered his income, they just said medicaid. And to call his doctors to see if they'll grandfather him in and accept the Medicaid for him. Did not seem to want to help us find alternatives. Felt like we were being pushed out the door as it was getting close to closing time. If you don't want to give potential clients your time, don't make appointments at 4:30"
