"The older lady Katy or Karen I forget, holding down the front end of the office. Told me that they were too slammed today for me to stop in and get my orthodontics. All she had to do was hand them to me. So I went up after her trying to snubb me. She handed me the orthotics and hurried back to goo and gaaa w the baby in a carrier behind the desk. I thought it was a professional business. But, seems baby sitting is more important than the client. I don't understand what's up w that. She's rude and inconsiderate. I'm sure this affects others."
