"I had a good experience here. The office is pretty quiet, and they don't have a Dr. on site all the time. I arrived for my appointment and a tech worked with me to get scans of my eyes. Then I had a tele-optometry appointment. The Dr. video-conferenced in and conducted the eye exam remotely. It was all pretty seamless, easy and efficient. I didn't choose to fill the prescription at that time, but the Lens Crafters was right next door so that would have been convenient."

"I did not care for the virtual doctor appointment. I'm not sure that I received my proper prescription. The girl helping was just wonderful, and she did her best. I would say she even went above and beyond but she is not a doctor. During the exam it became apparent there is a problem with the equipment and that there is already a ticket in for repair. Even with that knowledge the virtual doctor continued the exam and gave me a prescription. When I booked it online it did not say it was a "virtual" eye exam. They told me on the phone prior to my appointment and I did agree to it. When I got there I was informed the doctor is there 1 day a week, the rest of the appointments are virtual."
