"I never make reviews, I wanted to the first time I got my blood drawn but it wasn't worth my time or energy... I had to go there for my newborns second screening & making this review now is definitely worth my time & energy. Getting my blood drawn, the moment I walked in the door the little front desk girl was extremely rude! Maybe because it was her time to go home..? Or maybe having a ruff day..? I'm not sure but being me thinking I could possibly make her day better by BEING NICE & having positive energy even tho she couldn't find a vein (I have healthy veins btw) making her have to poke me serval times I still was positive. I was truly hoping that little desk girl was not there having to take my baby in to get his second screening. As we were patiently waiting, all the workers were very unprofessional!! Unfortunately little desk girl was there & she was the one to poke my lil man. She literally just had to put his heel on a paper with maybe six dots? I got told today we have to go get his second screening done AGAIN because the girl didn't get enough blood on the paper. To me that is beyond frustrating!! For the simple fact my baby was sleeping so there shouldn't be any reason why she didn't get enough blood on the paper. Secondly, DO NOT work customer service or anything involving other human beings if you are that negative, rude & disrespectful. It's sad to see that's just how some people are because they are so unhappy they try to make others feel that way also. Thirdly, y'all need to either train your employees on how to do their job correctly or find mature ones because I WILL NEVER return to this lab since I felt disrespected."

"I really do wish Google had the option to leave zero stars, or in this case, even negative! I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Labcorp. I made an appointment three weeks in advance for fasting labs and the earliest appointment they had available was on a Saturday at 10 in the morning. I checked in on my phone at 10 AM and was told that my Labcorp technician would text me when they were ready. After over 30 minutes of waiting in my car, I decided to walk in and see what was going on. I waited for 15 minutes and was blatantly ignored by the woman walking by me until I finally flagged her down and asked her what was going on. That's when she informed me that they would not see me that day despite having an appointment because she was too busy and clearly inefficient with her time. When I broke down and explained that I absolutely had to get these labs done for my upcoming appointment with my doctor, she demanded to know what health condition I had that required my labs be done in order to see my doctor. I felt like this was a total violation, especially in a lobby full of people. I then explained to her that I work Monday through Friday and that I am unable to get in during the week, and that Saturday was the only option for me. She looked at me and said, "I don’t care, I work too." It was just an absolutely horrendous experience from the lab that I had very low expectations with to begin with. To make matters worse, this Labcorp has lost over a dozen of my lab results in the last five years. I guess it’s time to find a new lab and drive over an hour to get to it. Overall, my experience at Labcorp was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this lab to anyone."

"One star is generous zero is more appropriate So rude! Inefficiency is their rule of thumb! Their response to several people was jawdropping. It literally takes nothing to be kind. Note the watched the encounters and the patient were not angry or rude to the staff to deserve the treatment received."

"The staff at this location were extremely rude. The one working the front desk doesn’t even greet you and acted like she wanted nothing to do with you. Her and the lady helping me either said nothing or they were very bossy and rude. I feel like when you are trusting someone to help you they should be willing to have a short conversation or at least be somewhat nice. Would not recommend this location."

"Located inside St. Anthony's North hospital, main lobby. Due to covid there is a line to get temperature scanned. On inside it's to you immediate left. Upon entering you have to go to a kiosk to enter all your information (appointment, insurance card, identification) then you are asked to wait in lobby until your ne.is called. Approximately 15 minutes later depending on how many people are waiting, you are called. They may ask for payment prior to blood work. Then you are seated in one of two chairs!! Technicians are quick and easy going. This is not the place you want to carry a long conversation or ask a lot of questions considering there are many people waiting outside and they only work on two people at a time."
