"We live in the neighborhood so we've shopped this store since it opened. Easy to access and plenty of parking. Staff is consistently helpful and available to assist, and this Best Buy generally has most items in stock."

"Staff was very helpful with our questions and pointed us in the right direction to help us find other things we needed. I noticed in the morning they were a bit short staffed the manager was clearly doing 50 things at once. He stopped what he was doing when he saw us waiting in the pickup line. He was very nice about it and quick to assist. Super awesome. It is so rare to receive good customer service anymore. The store is organized and super clean as well."

"Per Best Buy Case ID: 329740049 and 329742237 I notified Best Buy Support that their system would not allow me to submit a Price Match Claim until the order was delivered. After a successful delivery, I had a series of family emergency's that took me out of town. Upon my return, the Price Match system gives an error stating that I'm 16 hours outside of the 15-day window. I understand that this is policy. However, I have been attempting to reach this store to speak with a Team Member, as I was advised by chat support to contact them directly to explain my situation. Best Buy Support apparently is unable to provide an individual store's contact information and stated that I would have to physically show up at the store at which I made this purchase. I am a disabled veteran and I no longer live near this location. I understand that this is most likely a franchise, but their support structure is unreasonable. How can I contact this store directly if, when I dial their number, I get someone that appears to be from another country and can't connect me with someone who works at that store? I purchased a membership and extended warranty. This is not the level of service I expected from such a well-known company."
