He carefully showed me my options and helped me - both by his explanations as well as his questions - to determine more precisely the appliance models that would best suit this project. Once I made my decisions, he drew up a clear and detailed quote and then went on to explain the process of placing the order and scheduling the delivery/installation. Throughout the entire process, Chad never lost patience with my questions and concerns. He was friendly, professional and actually made the whole process a lot of fun. We are renovating my child hood home, and he made the experience so amazing. Not only did he find me the best deals on the best appliances but he was so personable.
