We offer 1 and 2-hour sessions weekly, as well as 3-hour intensive sessions as needed.
Counseling Littleton also offers group therapy sessions, which provide unique perspectives and solutions to individual issues. We create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can share their experiences and explore internal struggles. Our goal is to help you navigate life's challenges and find peace and insight.
