"Extremely happy with the installation of my tires today. I initially worked with Frank Gonzalez on my purchase and he was extremely helpful and professional. I showed up today for my appointment and was greeted by Dan who also was very helpful and professional. My new tires were on in less than an hour and the technician called my name, handed me my keys and informed me that my vehicle was done and what my air pressure was. The store was clean and workers were extremely busy. First class operation...well done and thanks! I'll be referring my family and friends to this location. Highly Recommend!"

He took the time to communicate with me, the proformance, of how a tire functions, when they are new, and the performance of a tire that needs replaced. I needed to know that! Irving was patient, kind and very professional. Moreover, it didn't take long, for my new tires to be put on my SUV. Most importantly, another Discount Tire associate came to me to let me know, my car was done and ready to go, I did not get this guy's name, and he was wonderful too.
