"Omg this place is hilarious. Do NOT waste your time selling. They literally offered me $0.10 for an Oakley hat. They took a pair of black strappy sandals and offered me $1.00 but didn’t take my Stuart Weitzman $100 black strappy shoes. Had a brand new never worn gorgeous Zara trench coat. I’m not kidding…$0.10. Freaking hilarious."
"First time selling here hoping for a decent experience and wow was I mistaken, they chose 3 items one of them being shoes and offered me $1.20. I laughed out of disbelief, took my items and preferred to donate. Definitely don’t recommend selling at ALL here, try crossroads for a better sell."
"My personal opinion is this place will be paying out of their pocket to stay open any longer than 18 months. Would be very, very surprised to see them in business any longer than that. And my other personal opinion is this place SUCKS. After touring their store about three times thought i had a pretty good idea of what they are looking for. I myself have at least 1,000 pieces of clothing and top of the line brands only. So i spent some time, energy, effort and money to put together a package for these ducks. When i arrived with a total of 6 items the "quack" buyer which i am sure he has absolutely no experience don't wanna know where they picked this guy up at. Anyway he only wanted 1 item and offered a dollar for it and smiled the entire like he was doing me a favor. My personal recommendation is dont waste you time continue down Broadway heading north to Goodwill, all this place is imitating is GW on steroids, what a joke !"
"SELLING ONLY: You might be very surprised to review the cryptic itemized list on how they price your items. Really shocked that cashmere sweaters were $8 and excellent vintage condition items are $3. If you ask for more information, they say well, we aren't sure what we will price it. Other places will literally give you a flat percentage of the selling price. DO NOT SELL HERE! Consider thread up and even crossroads for better pricing. Also, they have some good items but a lot of shein, forever 21, etc."
"Holy- this company should be wayyy more upfront about selling times and pricing. I’ve resold at over 10 stores in Denver and have never been insulted like trying to sell here. Waited 2 hours to walk out with all of my items. Good luck! 2 stars because they do have good designer inventory if you’re buying."
