I noticed they also offer financing on products they sell and included installation on a lot of head units. Matt at the desk and Bree the tech were especially awesome."

"Went to the location off Broadway in Denver to purchase a fuse for my daughter’s car amplifier. David greeted me when I came in and tried to help me find a fuse that would work. They were out of stock, but he didn't give up on finding a solution. He spoke to one of the technicians about my situation. That technician, (James) came out to discuss an alternative option to the fuse since it kept blowing. James offered up the idea of replacing the fuse with a breaker. I loved the idea! I asked James if he was willing to peek at the system and if there was any chance of him doing that for me. He was working on other cars and initially offered to make me an appointment to come back. I relayed that I had come to town from Littleton and that it would be a challenge for me to leave the car and come back for it later that day. Well James, being the customer advocate he is, ended up offering to replace the fuse with the breaker on the spot. This was amazing! I didn't expect him to do that and would have come back on another day to get that done. David and James went above and beyond to help me out. I am extremely grateful for their efforts and proud to say that I am now a Car Toys customer. I will be bringing my car in soon to have James add some upgrades and to help me with some adjustments to improve the sound quality. I would recommend Car Toys, especially this location to anyone that is in the market for some car, truck, or boat upgrades. Thank you! James M."

"Went to a new car you this time and had the most fun and informative experience. Everyone there is so nice and are very patient. It’s nice that they even take the time to go and look at my car and give suggestions on what would be best even for prices. The techs were also very nice and explained everything that was needed the plan for before and during and even walked through the functions and features. "Dakota installer mike, Dillon Where do I begin… Easily the best experience I’ve had at a Car Toys. I went in for a new car audio system, a dash cam, a backup camera and a new alarm/keyless entry. Ended up with 4 new Focal speakers, 8 gauge wiring, sub and amp with a new screen, backup camera and a new alarm/keyless entry. I used to work for car toys in 2017 in Colorado Springs. Mike the store a manger guided me through the entire process, didn’t try to push sales on me and made sure I got the best price possible. Dakota got the entire install done the next day and even stayed until almost 8pm making sure I got my car back that day. Dillon helped mike with grabbing parts, educating me on each part and giving me multiple options. I can’t thank y’all enough!! Every single person went above and beyond for me. I am going back at some point for a dash cam then I will be all set!"
