"Another "recycle yard" had indicated that Central Auto Parts had the parts I was looking for. A simple phone call revealed that they still had the parts, simple payment (online - this is not a find your parts in their yard) and short discussion found my part needed was the right color. They pulled the part and I picked them up the next day. I did have a problem with the part being incomplete - a phone call later it was corrected and the next day I picked up the remainder of the purchase. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED with their business practice and the parts were in GREAT shape. THANKS"
"Really rude people. Had a client cancel an order as they informed her after charging the card that the part would be available tomorrow - best to inform before taking the money. Then the salesman proceeds to tell my client they are wasting company time - takes 20min to pull this part, 10 if ya know what your doing. Had plenty of other yards have parts ready in the hour...not 24 with piss poor service."
