"I spent a bit of time in the comfortable customer service area while my Forester was getting it's first service. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. I was very surprised at the cost. Everybody has always told me don't service your car (specifically for an oil change) at a car place. But as it was my very first one on my new car i just did it. Well it was the same cost as if I had gone to a 10 minute place plus they wash your car for free. I will keep coming back because the peace of mind is there in addition to the great service and small cost."

"I scheduled my oil change with Tanner. As soon as I got there, he started preparing my vehicle for service. He was polite and friendly. He explained that my car would take 45 minutes to be serviced. But my car was finished within 30 minutes. Junior was my technician. After my car was done, Tanner offered a car wash but I declined. He explained the multi point inspection to me and advised that my rear brakes were nearing their limit and that I should think about getting them replaced. He also explained that my license plate lights were out. He got the light bulbs from the parts counter and then came out to my car to replace them himself. Tanner was helpful and knowledgeable.
