"Absolute scam artists. Was conned out of several hundred dollars for a "free" subscription. Attempted every method of contact to no avail, this company does not seem to have any employees to respond to customer concerns at all. Terrible company, avoid at all costs."

She provided wisdom about events and situations that you're going through. She provided a variety of strategies, coping methods, techniques, new ways of thinking, and more to help one work through their situations. I have learned so much and look forward to continue using everything that I was taught. It was very helpful and whenever I feel down or need to relax, I can use her technique of meditation, a gratitude journal, and spending time in nature in order to redirect one's focus and get rid of negative thoughts. Overall, I had an amazing counselor and I have seen positive results. If you need a counselor, I highly recommend Anais!"

"Started a free trial and didnt continue using the service. Tried to cancel throuh emailing with customer service which I misinterpreted Okay as it is cancelled. After I got charged $160.00 they told me I needed to cancel the subscription myself. Could not find the cancel button, so couldn't cancel my subscription. Looking how to cancel I was charged again. $450.00 total for a subscription I didn't use... I have been contacting customer service with their refund link and got one email saying it has already been dispersed and they were not able to refund. My therapist I didn't message " Ares" had sent alot of messages without my reply. This made me wonder if he has to send so many messages himself to receive commission... I found out there is not a cancellation button on my mobile but on my laptop. Customer service actually will not contact me back... I had to send a report to the BBB. This how I have been spending my lunch hours and after work time. For 450 dollars. Update: it's been a few weeks without a reply. I called this number and realised it is a small house with the therapist I'm talking to in it. I talked with him during the free trial and don't believe he has any education.. I think he might have started a business in his basement. I think the customer service I have been emailing was this person... And he has "dispersed" my savings maybe this means he has spent them? I am happy I found out and I can do something about it"

"Seems like ignoring their clients/customers is all they are good at. In 3 months, I had a total of 3 responses from counsellors I was set up with and I had switched counsellors because of the lack of contact. I contacted customer service to express my qualms and was readily shrugged off - now they are ignoring me too! Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Incredibly unethical and dishonest service."
