"If I could give her ZERO stars, I would! I set an appointment with LifeStance for an 8am virtual appointment that was to occur today. Using the waiting room link, I signed into the waiting room at 7:55 am. I waited until 8:16 am, so I called the LifeStance office where I was told I was marked as "no call, no show!" That was the first appointment with her too! Needless to say, when they said I could call her office to reschedule, I asked for a different therapist. I CAN'T trust a therapist who doesn't even show up for the appointment and then tries to say I never showed up. That was highly unprofessional!"
