"Dr. Auster is truly a phenomenal pediatrician and person. There is never long wait times or overly crowded reception areas at Prairie Pediatrics. You are always greeted with a smile and the staff is always cheerful and attentive. The office and exam rooms are always very clean. Dr. Auster is always thorough with her exams and has never made us feel rushed when we have had questions or concerns about our daughters care or changing needs. We keep our daughter up to date on vaccinations but never once felt pressured to get certain ones, only informed and given the options. I have had to call the on-call number several times and each time Dr.Auster responds promptly. My daughter had some mental health challenges and was comforted by the level of care and communication with Prairie Pediatrics. Scheduling is easy and we have never had problems getting a last minute appointment when needed for our daughter. If you are looking for a pediatrician that truly cares and takes the time to learn about your child and their unique needs, then I would one million percent suggest Prairie Pediatrics and Dr.Auster."
