I asked if we owed a bill that may have miss to pay? They told me negative, that we had a zero balance. I asked what is it then? SILENCE. They told me I needed to find a new Doctor. Part of me felt discriminated, the other part screamed, forget them. Oh well, I guess everything in the medical industry is about business these days and not about caring for people.
