"Awful experience. I’ve never, ever had a Dr tell me we could only discuss 1 or 2 things. It’s clear she didn’t really care and I’m just a number. I have never had a Dr treat me so poorly. If Dr Mason would have listened to me for 30 seconds she’d have known my list was pretty short and mostly about medication adjustments and a few consults my husband and I both needed. We will never be back. She doesn’t listen and pushes her own agenda instead of listening to patient needs."

"Dr Mason is very thorough. She recognized how worried I was about my symptoms, so she ordered the scans right away. Also very knowledgeable about thyroid health - in addition to the standard TSH test, she ordered FT3 and FT4 to see the full picture. Glad I found her."
