"I absolutely LOVE this office. I needed a new provider to help with my 8 year old ADHD. The team works so hard to advocate for my kids and make sure they are getting the best care. The only area of concern is when I call to schedule or to change an appointment I am only able to get help from Cynthia, as she seems to be the only person who answers the phones that seems to know what is happening in the office and is capable of understanding my families care needs."

"Moving here I was looking for a good pediatrician for my two little ones. They have been good up until this point. My daughter has been sick for the past 6 days, we took her in to go see the doctor here and they said it wasn’t necessary to test her for anything because she “didn’t have a runny nose”. We go to a different doctor who literally laughed when I told them that and said “that’s pure laziness on the doctors part because even if she doesn’t have a runny nose she can have the other symptoms” and sure enough tested positive for the flu from the other doctor we got the second opinion from. We will be withdrawing care from this establishment as I don’t want my children to go to a doctor who doesn’t have their well being as their top priority."

"The best pediatric office in town! The front staff is great, they have extended hours and weekend appointments available too. The medical assistants are so kind, Dr. Lopez has been such a blessing in our life, we struggled with other pediatricians at different offices not understanding my child’s special needs. This office is absolutely wonderful and I recommend them to everyone!"

"I hope those of you using Altitude have better luck then me! My four children got removed from the office due to me questioning why my son didn’t need an appointment on Tuesday while running a fever and going backwards in recovery from a procedure on Friday (that they put the referral in for him might I add) they called me back two hours later to tell me to call the EMT and if they cant see him then call back! We hit URGENT care in and out before they even called back! This office is in a picking and choosing the importance in children’s welfare I have never crossed a DOCTOR OFFICE who called back to schedule after determining the importance of the issue with minimal information on situation. Heartless in a place people need the most compassion! Sad to say the least."
