"I received a Thank you card after I bought my insurance with a hand written note saying if I referred someone they would send me a gift card. I never received the gift card even after several calls and providing a PO box to which the supposibly replacement card would be mailed. Very disappointed as they were so nice and helpful when they were selling me my policy over the phone. .........UPDATE...July 8, I received my 10.00 gift card today. Thank you Western Colorado Insurance for the follow up and follow through."
