"Did a google search to find a pediatrician in the area after moving here, and came across their website which indicated that they closed at 7pm. So I called at 6:21pm to make an appointment and Trish answered. I explained what I was looking for and she told me that the provider was gone and that the office closed at 5pm and I would have to call back and schedule an appointment tomorrow. Confused as to why they even answered the phone if they couldn't schedule me an appointment when their office hours say they close at 7pm. I would have been a little more understanding if she would have offered to take my name and number and called me back tomorrow to schedule an appointment, but due to the poor phone etiquette I will take my business elsewhere."

"Dr. Lamb is in my opinion the best Dr. You could ask to have looking after your child's health care. She is very attentive and she knows what she is doing and she knows her job very well and she takes the time to explain the situation and possibilities and up and down side of all your options so you are fully informed and fully aware of your child's health conditions and the things if any that can or need to be done and anyone who says otherwise either didn't listen or didn't bother to ask questions about their own child and or they are a lazy parent trying to place blame or point a finger to hide their own lack of attention to the situation they may of had to deal with and are not adult enough to accept responsibility for therefore placing blame on the only person that is there to help them and their child. As I said Dr. Lamb is the one and only Doctor ( woman or Man) that I would trust my child's life and health with and hands down she deserves 10 stars and you can take this statement to the bank because I've known Dr Lamb for many years now because she took care of all three of my children and when a serious situation came to light that threatened my daughters life she stood up and went to bat for my little girl and because of Dr. Lamb my daughter lives a good healthy and happy life and I remain to this day one parent that know for a fact she is the best of the best in her abilities to take care of her patients. That you can take to the good Lord himself and ask if what Ispeak is truth and he will show you that nothing could be more truth than the words I have shared with you today."
