"I wasn't sure what I was looking for when I walked in. Luckily, the assistant manager with the glasses (Payton or Paige, I dont remember) came to the rescue. She was very helpful and patient. She brought out multiple boots in different styles and sizes until I found the perfect pair for me. Store = clean Staff = helpful & friendly Music = on point 10/10 will shop here again"

"I stopped in without the intention of purchasing a pair of Made in England 1460's. The staff was so lovely and shared tons of knowledge, and best of all, did not make me feel rushed in making a purchase. Needless to say, I had a great experience here and left with the pair of boots I have been wanting. Nothing but respect to all the people I got the pleasure of talking to. "I never thought I would step foot in another doc marten store bc I had a pair of boots when I was younger that I didn’t feel were me, but Giselle was the most amazing and patient sales person. I walked out with 3 boots and I am happy as a freaking clam. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and helped me through every question or worry I had. I love this store!!!! "I was excited to hear there was a new DM store in the Cherry Creek mall. I went in as I wanted a pair of Chelsea boots and something for my daughter but unfortunately I was completely ignored, it was amazing the shop assistants completely blanked me. I went ahead and tried on some styles anyway since like most stores the display models were size 5 but in this instance they were size 5 UK which is size 7 US. Not once did anyone ask me if I needed a different size, help or even a suggestion that they could even see me. I was trying to figure out what the problem was, I was actually wearing DM’s so I was obviously a viable customer, I am middle age but not so old and why would that matter anyway, I pinched myself and I was definitely real. The shop assistants seemed to be checking in and helping other people that entered the shop so eventually I got the hint , went home and purchased 2 pairs of boots directly from the website . So Doctor Martens as a company did not loose any money that day but I won’t bother going to the shop at Cherry Creek again. I guess I will put it down to terrible customer service training !?!?!"

"Worst customer service experience I've ever had, bar none. When I asked for a manager, the manager (young woman with glasses) was SO incredibly rude to me and wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before essentially telling me that I was crazy (she didn't actually say that but definitely made me feel like that). I know it's a new store but you'd think the staff received *some* customer service training? Especially with how much the products cost and considering that those of us who shop Doc Martens have usually spent thousands on the brand already?? Looking for suggestions for another brand of combat boots because this experience has me never wanting to buy this brand again. I've had bad service before, but never like this."
