"Dr. Moore is incredible! I had to choose between a lumpectomy and a mastectomy. The tumor was in my left breast and was large; the size of a small egg. I also had cancer in some of my lymph nodes and needed those removed as well. Dr. Moore felt like I would be a good candidate for the lumpectomy. Because she would need to remove so much tissue, I was nervous about the lumpectomy, believing I would have a deformed left breast after the surgery. Not so!
