"Office is wildly disorganized, sending scripts to pharmacies hours away from patients, losing blood results, and cannot schedule a patient with the correct provider to save their lives. It's genuinely sad that I was told to call UC health because it's "some of the best trans healthcare around". I'd rather inject veterinary hormones than deal with this."

"I came here to establish a primary care doctor and Dr. Lynch has been phenomenal. Highly recommend the facility, staff, and am happy to have found a PCP so quickly."

"I was a patient of Ranch View Family Medicine for the better part of 20 years, and saw the same Physician (my primary care Doc) during that time. I had not scheduled an appointment in about four years (mostly due to the whole Global Pandemic thing) and when I called to make an appointment, they told me I would be treated as a brand new patient, and my (former) primary care physician was not taking new patients. Sort of understandable, but NONE of this was communicated with me during the four year period. No one told me, "hey, if you do not schedule an appointment, you'll no longer be able to see the same doctor you've been seeing for ~20 years." Very poor patient (and customer) experience."

"Billed my insurance wrong and late, insurance rejected obviously because they mismanaged billing and somehow the charge got passed to me. Literally what is the job of your office but to not mess up for your patients? I'm not a rich person like they assume but they still wouldn't admit fault. Secondly, I have a history of severe allergies, hives, sinusitis. I called to request a medical vaccine exemption for my job back when that was a thing, it was. This hospital told me they don't do that for anyone. I ended up getting a religious exemption and I literally have more faith in a God than I do in this hospital providing sound health care."

"We have been going here for years as an entire family and when they changed to CU -- we had issues. I called to make a routine visit appt for my daughter and since I recently saw Dr Garrison was dropping United Health I made sure they were still accepting her insurance when I made the appt. I was assured they were. Now I have a bill for almost $300 and they are telling me to fight the insurance on it. It was their mistake and I am sure it is an easy fix. I have not even received a simple apology... and I have now dedicated hours to the issue. The last time I called they told me "I would pay the bill or go to collections". I would NOT recommend CU!"
