"If Dr. Kono is too busy to have accepted new patients, too busy to respond to messages, what is one to do? Just diagnosed with cancer is a scary place to be, relying on these Dr.s is what we do. Akin to "putting your life in their hands". When you feel as if you are left adrift, or do not matter..one would wonder if the great reviews are the ones that, well..matter more. One visit, thought he was "it", after that your abandoned. Off to write a far more stellar review for a Dr. who is AMAZING, worth the praise, IS compassionate, DOES care, responds to messages.
