"After driving for 2 hours I arrived to the clinic 10 minutes late because I had an emergency I explained the situation to the front desk on the second floor whom went and check with the nurse Melinda who refused to see me because she had to perform surgery that afternoon ( it was 11:30 am when I arrived) I was told by the front desk that I should had called, well I had an emergency and I had to stop in the way there but it was my fault for no calling and being few minutes late. I think that if they are so intolerant and so busy to provide health services they shouldn’t schedule new patients with health problems that need immediate attention"
