"Terrible nursing staff. My pharmacy called and told them my insurance carrier needed a preauthorization for my medicine. They were unwilling and unable to tell me who to call to get this authorization going. Complete lack of resonsibility and just "It's not my job" attitude. Avoid at all costs."
