"I was out of the country and had an incident happen to a condo that I own and rent out. I had limited access to the internet and I tried emailing the agency. Got no response. Emailed again 3 days later imploring them to contact my property management company to try to figure out the situation. No response. Had to eventually call the national line to start the claim process. Was so completely unhelpful it's hard to put into words."

A member of my family had an accident last year the covid year and a claim was submitted and I felt handled very poorly. I will be happy to share my negative experience with as many people as I can. Based on the outcome and Allstate actions and policies, only re-enforces my very low opinion of insurance companies. When I tried to discuss this with mcinnes, he did not try to address my concerns but turned our visit into a sales call trying to enroll me in other projects with Allstate. There was a front bumper back bumper collision at low speed. No neck injuries. Pictures of the damage (which were impossible to see) were taken and submitted by me. The other party took their own independent pictures and sent to CarStar for estimates. No visit of the car or drivers were made to CarStar just emailed. I requested an adjustor be sent in but never was. $4200+ claim (fraudulent) was paid to other party and my rates when up without regard to my concerns communicated prior. Allstate is no good and mcinnis is no good."
