But today, we had a shipping issue where our package was lost on our way to our client (this was well after Scrub Authority already shipped to us, so the issue had nothing to do with them at all) and needed to reorder our previous order and get it express shipped to us. The customer service displayed by Scrub Authority was unmatched - they went WAY above and beyond to minimize our stress over an issue that they did not cause in any way. They even called us back to help us deal with this in a way that was easiest for us. I can't recommend them highly enough - they truly care about their customers and go out of their way to prove it.
