"The guy working there could not have been nicer to me, I had to make copies and screwed up the file so he had to do a little extra work. If I ever need copies, I will stop through here."
"Wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. Asked a few reasonable, respectful questions and was called by the new owner and told she was "refusing service" after we have been clients of the business for over ten years and print thousands of dollars in projects each year. Your loss! Past ownership and staff were so pleasant, kind, accommodating and helpful. New owner and staff is rude, arrogant and not worthy of our money...save yours as they don't deserve it either. Really disappointing for a local business one would think would like to establish and maintain local, long term relationships. This business will be run out of town with their new offensive attitude. Good luck, you're going to need it as word spreads fast and we certainly know a ton of local business owners and will gladly share our terrible experience with you."
