"This place is a top down disaster. Got up early on day one and went in to pick up my wife’s skis we rented online. Being a good hubby, I let her sleep in and grabbed one of her boots to get fitted with the bindings just like I’ve done at many rental shops around the world for the last 40 years. This guy with a bad attitude acted like I was violating every law of God and mankind. No wife present….no skis for you. The liability is just to risky. I figured that this Johnny Cochran wannabe was a disgruntled employee having a bad morning until he identified himself as the manager. This place is toxic. Avoid it like the plague. Try Black Tie Ski Rentals instead. They treated my son in law like a valued customer."

"We enjoyed a weekend of skiing in Telluride with family, but unfortunately this company charged us three times for our rentals. Well over $1000 in extra charges. It's been three months and there has been no resolution. Very disappointing."

"Worst experience in a ski town ever! Went in to buy 2 pairs of ski goggles for a snowmobile trip. Ever since there is a new posted transaction everyday since then of 98 dollars. They were very rude when I called to try and resolve the issue, but they were no help. Bryce could not help one bit as a manager. He couldn’t even look up the transaction with the price of the transaction. Please don’t spend money here they are crooks and only want your money."
