"Went in to make some service plan inquiries. Out of 6 questions, the salesperson had to go back and ask a manager for answers. Meanwhile, 2 other employees sat right there and never once offered any assistance. Now, if I wanted to buy a $1500 phone and make a plan upgrade, he was all over it. It's so disappointing to be a customer who pays via auto pay, as they like, can't even get questions answered. They get 2 stars for simply having the doors open."
