Mindcolor Autism - ABA Therapy

"My family and I love Mindcolor! My kiddo loved coming here and was the first place I could leave him without a tantrum or a meltdown. There were some times that services were a little wonky with cancelations, and the chaos that was covid, but overall they really care and try to make things right. Jessica has been the best BCBA I’ve come across. She made my family feel heard and supported. I loved my sons RBT’s and I could see from his interactions with them that he did too. When our family was deciding our move to our home town, we considered staying, so that our kiddo can stay in this center. Tears were shed when we ultimately decided to move but we liked the company so much that we decided to stay with the company in our home state. I don’t know what I would’ve done without this place. As someone who also works in this field, who has seen how bad ABA can look like through various other ABA companies, I felt that I could fully put my trust in this company!"

"Pained me to take down my 5 star review and replace it with this. My son thrived here for over a year, but recently there have been a lot of staff changes and it's not even the same place anymore sadly. My son was left unattended that led to a safety incident, and that was the last straw and we removed him. I gave them a star back though because the regional manager really worked hard to try to fix it and make things right with re-trainings and such. Ultimately though we found a place that was a better fit at this point."

"Mindcolor has been a God send! They welcomed my family from day one. They have been very accommodating and informative. The rbts are passionate and motivated which is a great reflection on the bcbas who are extremely present. They were able to get my son in the door quickly and he is already thriving! He loves going to his sessions and comes home happy."

"Has been going down hill for awhile. My son was going there for about 2 years. About 2 weeks ago they convinced us to pull him out of school, so that they could work on his personality and aggressions more. They decided to stop helping him with behaviors about a month ago. Today they asked us to remove him out of the program for aggressions. They left my autistic child with no support. We trusted them and that was a mistake. Never trust these people."
