"I recently had an assessment with Sarah, and my experience was quite disheartening. From the very beginning, it was evident that she was not adequately prepared for our appointment. I had to wait for 10 minutes after my scheduled time because she hadn’t even reviewed my chart. This lack of preparation set a disappointing tone for the entire interaction. Sarah’s attitude throughout the assessment was condescending and unwelcoming. As a first-time assessment seeker, I naturally had questions and uncertainties, but she seemed judgmental and unkind. Her behavior left me feeling uncomfortable and even more anxious about the process. During the assessment, she asked highly inappropriate questions. Inquiring about the ethnicity of my surgeon and making comments about my insurance choice were not only invasive but also unprofessional. I voiced my discomfort and concern, expressing that I didn’t believe we should continue working together. Her response was cold and unempathetic. In all, my experience with Sarah was not just disappointing, but it was also highly unprofessional. I cannot speak for the entire practice, but I would strongly advise against seeking an assessment with Sarah. Her approach and demeanor left a lot to be desired, and I hope that others can find a more compassionate and respectful professional for their assessment needs."
