"My fiancé and I are currently in couples therapy through Thriveworks and we LOVE it! It has helped us so much. Our therapist is amazing. She listens to both of us, does not take sides but rather opens our eyes to the other's perspective, assigns us great homework and follow-ups, and provides amazing suggestions on how to work through our problems. She is VERY timely and we are using our entire hour session in the most productive way. Setting things up and scheduling with Thriveworks was super easy and has made the process smoothe."

"Therapist was wonderful while I was working with her. The business itself is operating in a terrible manner. I missed one appointment because I forgot to add it to my calendar. This was the first appointment I had missed during the months I had been going to this location. I immediately rescheduled within the week. The next day I receive a statement bill for $135 cancellation fee. My close friend who also used this location and company told me they will typically not charge this if you reschedule within the week which I did. I decided I no longer wanted to work with a company that thought it was appropriate to charge such outrageous fees. So I cancelled my appointment. Today I get a wonderful email stating they were thanking me for my payment . A payment I NEVER authorized. They used my card on file without my permission to pay for a charge they sent a week ago. If I had wanted to throw money in the trash I would’ve paid it same day. Instead I was waiting until my next pay check to throw close to $200 away. But instead without my consent my personal debit card was used to pay a statement that should not have been issued in the first place. Which is certainly good for ones “mental health”. I would recommend my therapist. But I will Never suggest this company to anyone after this experience. They don’t even give you the option to remove your personal payment information from their website."

"I'll start by saying I had no problem with the 2 therapists we saw there, Jerry and Brittany. The major issue I have is with everyone else. When I first called to register my child as a new patient, the first question I asked was "do you accept Tricare Prime?" and I was told yes they were in network. That was back in the beginning of 2022. Today my husband told me we were charged over $200 from Thriveworks. We stopped going there in December of 2022. I called and was told it was Tricare's fault, so the woman from Thriveworks called Tricare while I was on the phone with her as well. Tricare said Thriveworks wasn't officially in their network until the end of May 2022, so I was lied to by the person I spoke to first. Tricare is now charging Thriveworks for those backdated payments and Thriveworks charged me without any notification at all. This is Thriveworks mistake for lying to me about accepting our insurance. I was told I have to contact my child's Dr to get a backdated referral for those first appointments. It's not even guaranteed they will approve it because it's been over a year. Thriveworks is a dirty company and I'm not the first person to have these issues of billing. I should not be paying AT ALL for their mistakes!!! Train your people properly and do your jobs correctly. You're supposed to help people, not cause them stress! Charging quietly for appointments that were over a year ago is shady and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend this company, ever."
