"I received services here for 1 year, and for the most part I got along with my therapist, we identified areas of growth, and we explored lots of trauma. I do not want to discredit the good work that was done with my therapist, because there was some good work. However, throughout that year there were a few red flags regarding boundaries, proper supervision, and disregard for client well-being and respect. Boundary crossing included being told I was a favored client and being told by my therapist that they felt I was more of a peer than a client, both incredibly inappropriate to share from a position of power regardless of their sincerity, and therapists regularly going past the time allotted for the session--this is more about the therapist's well-being and ensuring they leave work at work. Poor supervision includes that no sessions were ever recorded, so any supervisory/session review is done by word of mouth of the therapist, allowing a natural bias to form and meaning client experience is never collected first hand or witnessed. This is dangerous as there is a long history of mental health professionals belittling and disregarding client experience, especially clients who hold vulnerable or marginalized identities. Therapists still in school or in training are the most at risk of causing client harm due to uninvestigated personal biases and lack of experience holding space for both the script they desire to adhere to and the nuance of client emotions/needs in session. Disregard for client well-being and respect is demonstrated by therapists being trained in new techniques like EMDR and then using their clients as guinea pigs to practice on, again unsupervised--save word of mouth, which puts clients with significant trauma at great risk if that therapist is not careful and attentive with methodology or recognizing their own growth edges. Not once in my near decade of seeing therapists have I ever been interrupted, silenced, or made to feel I was not worth listening to, but that all happened here. I would not recommend anyone be seen here until the supervisory methods change drastically."

"Very nice respectful staff Thank you for your kind patiences for my daughter"
"Kind, compassionate Autism assessment. They are knowledgeable on female autism presentation even thought the DSM was written based on male presentation (I could go on and on). I believe they give a fair assessment. The whole process is a bit nerve wracking and takes quite a while but I believe it is that way anywhere. However, they are kind and compassionate. If you are wondering if you are Autistic or a loved one is, I would highly recommend using this place to get the assessment."
"Excellent therapists. Very caring."
