She has extensive experience working with children, youth, and families, with a focus on strengthening relationships, parenting skills, and communication.

Our counseling approach incorporates person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and brief solution-focused therapies, with a collaborative and coaching style. Jana sees the counseling relationship as a partnership, helping clients understand patterns in their lives, recognize strengths, take responsibility for their feelings and behaviors, make informed decisions, and implement positive changes.

In addition to therapy services, Jana provides supervision for LPC Candidates and ongoing consultation for counseling associates.
