"Unfortunately I was unable to see Dr. Penrose, but instead saw a male doctor who told me he was “filling in”. I had high hopes for this clinic based on the reviews, but my experience was horrific. Twice during my visit, while I was in the stirrups with my privates facing the door, the nurse left the room with the door wide open. No attempt was made to cover me, and on the second instance I had a speculum in me and could not attempt to bring my knees together for privacy. The worst part? There was an unsupervised child running through the back halls. A playpen had been setup behind the front desk. That doctor also told me nothing was wrong with the IUD, but I went to a different doctor who told me it likely slipped down and was displaced. I will not be visiting this clinic again."

"I visited Dr. Penrose while on my period. I was told that they could not run any lab tests because the blood would make the tests inconclusive. That was fine with me. However, a month later, I received a $900 bill for a lab test (that I never received any results for, by the way). They had my insurance card and they knew which labs were in network, but they sent the test to an out of network lab. They sent a test that a) they knew would be inconclusive and b) told me they weren't sending to a lab that was out of network, and now I am being charged a month's rent. This behavior should be illegal. Do not trust this provider. They are irresponsible, unprofessional, and clearly do not care about the well being of their patients."
