She explained that she does not provide anything other than the same regiment for every patient and does not deviate from that in the least. Our problem was with having a procedure done and hopefully having our insurance cover it after everything was said and done instead of getting an authorization prior to a procedure. You can tell this I obgyn is in lockstep with the insurance company. Her smug attitude when she explained this like we were children prompted this review and rating."

"I wish I could give a minus review to this office. One of the worst and unprofessional staff I have ever seen. All they need is money and the service is as worst as possible. Please avoid going here and save your time and money. Just because I had to go to their office and let them know how irresponsible they can be after multiple attempts from the pharmacy to refill my prescription, they don't want to be my provider anymore. How immature can the whole office be!! I usually never right reviews, but I decided to do it for these terrible people with no ethics !! I have had both my babies with Dr. Gipson and never accepted such a horrible experience from her and her team. The entire office and the staff has gone to dogs!!! TIP:: the portal that they have never works!! So don't make an attempt to even send a message there. Their entire system and staff are really horrible!!"
