"I was super excited to come here because I heard great things about Dr. Imperial! I was asking basic questions to get to know the clinic and the staff, as I do with every new office and the front receptionist was very rude and annoyed by the basic questions I was asking. On top of that, she hung up after I asked for her name with no appt. confirmation or goodbye. Complete turn off and unfortunately I no longer have interest to visit. Phone etiquette AND kindness is important when dealing with new and existing customers and this receptionist was rude and unpleasant."

I was seen right at my appointment time, there's pre-check-in online so you don't have to fill out a thing once you're there. The doctor I saw (I think he name is Emily, or Emma), was so nice and calm. Listened to everything I said and proposed a solution same-day.
