"I was super excited to come here because I heard great things about Dr. Imperial! I was asking basic questions to get to know the clinic and the staff, as I do with every new office and the front receptionist was very rude and annoyed by the basic questions I was asking. On top of that, she hung up after I asked for her name with no appt. confirmation or goodbye. Complete turn off and unfortunately I no longer have interest to visit. Phone etiquette AND kindness is important when dealing with new and existing customers and this receptionist was rude and unpleasant."

"Amazing, night and day from the last OBGYN I visited at a different practice. I was seen right at my appointment time, there's pre-check-in online so you don't have to fill out a thing once you're there. The doctor I saw (I think he name is Emily, or Emma), was so nice and calm. Listened to everything I said and proposed a solution same-day. I had my blood results and pap smear back in less than 2 weeks."
