"I was absolutely in love with my last doctor from out of state. Which was why I was so reluctant to try a new doctor. Dr. Branstetter was extremely personable and patient. The IUD removal and insertion of the new one was completed in about ten minutes. She walked me through every single step and explained what she was doing. Dawn performed my ultrasound and answered all questions. Malissa and front desk staff were also amazing. Finally a doctor and staff that truly care. I’ll be back and will definitely refer these guys to friends and family. Thanks for showing that the healthcare industry still cares about their patients!"

"I have to give a 1 star because of Women’s Health Group, and not Dr Brandstetter herself. She was an amazing Dr and I went to her for years. She did surgery on me and I always felt comfortable and trusting with her. I made an annual appointment when she switched to Women’s Health, showed up and was turned away. I had a bankruptcy 11 years before and apparently owed them $187. I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of the other patients. The receptionist would not call Dr Brandstetter to the front and I left crying. I grown woman in tears. I have not been to another OBGYN since and it’s going on 6 years. I got online today, to find another Dr, and came across this rating. I wanted everyone to know what an AWFUL outfit this “WOMEN’S” business is, but what a great Dr. Greta is. Brings up a lot of emotion just writing this. Thanks ladies and take care of one another"

"Greta Brandstetter MD was great. It was my first visit. She did not rush, explained everything with a calmness but precision. She listened, wax empathetic but not condescending. The office staff are efficient and welcoming. Make sure to fill out online the registration prior to first visit, then you just breeze through your appointment. Would recommend the office any day."
